*PETS:
Small dogs are welcome based on prior arrangement with the management (max. l per cottage). Pets may not sleep on the beds, should be leashed, kept quiet and not left alone at the Resort at any time and you must “poop and scoop”. There is a $35.00 charge per pet per day and $50 per week per pet. Pets are not permitted in and around the beach and swimming area.
**LIFE JACKETS:
A maximum of 4 Life jackets are supplied for adults renting a 14 foot boat for a day or week. A maximum of 10 life jackets are supplied for the pontoon boat. We loan adult life jackets with a $10 deposit. Please bring life jackets for your children under 10yrs old.

CHILDREN:
Under three years of age, no extra charge.
EXTRA PERSONS:
We do not permit extra persons in any of the cottages.
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $300 per cottage per week, or daily rate per weekend, is required to confirm a reservation. If a cancellation occurs, the deposit is refundable, minus a $30 administration fee, provided the cancellation is received 21 days prior to arrival date except for July & August, in which case May lst is the last date of refunds.
RESERVATIONS:
All reservations between July 26 th and Sept 3rd are weekly only,. Saturday to Saturday. No deductions will be made for late arrivals or early departures. No refunds for early departures or late arrivals.
PAYMENT:
Payment is due upon arrival and can be made by Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Interac, E-Transfer is preferred.
MOTOR RENTALS:
Motor rental does not cover damage to the motor. You are liable for damages. A $500 pre-authorization on credit card is required as a damage deposit and a signed motor rental agreement are required for all rentals. Every person renting a boat must possess a Pleasure Craft Operator Card.
ARRIVAL:
All guests please call on arrival.
PARKING:
We provide 2 parking spaces for each cottage. Extra cars and boat trailers must be parked in the field behind the Lakeview cottage.
Please check with management first.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME:
Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. for all weekly rentals during the High Season. For Spring and Fall rentals, check-out time can be later than l0am if arranged ahead of time, in some cases, and this is subject to availability.
TAXES:
All rates are subject to Harmonized Sales Tax of 13%
