Relax beneath trhe shade of mature Jack Pines, Oaks, Maples, Birches and many other varieties of vegetation. The chain of lakes on which Shady Point Resort is located comprises Upper Buckhorn Lake , Upper & Lower Chemong Lake, Pigeon Lake, Big Bald Lake and Little Bald Lake.

All of our two and three bedroom cottages are inspected by our staff and meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. All cottages have fully equipped kitchens, washrooms with at least 3 pieces (toilet, sink, shower and/or tub) and many other amenities to make your vacation a pleasant one. In addition, the cottages are well known for their spaciousness and beauty and are directly on the water.

  • A sundeck and are completely lined with knotty pine or another attractive paneling.

  • Comfortably furnished, modern and completely equipped for housekeeping.

  • Hot and cold running water.

  • Indoor bathrooms with at least 3 pieces (toilet, sink, shower).

  • Two cottages have a 4 piece bathroom (toilet, sink, shower and tub).

  • Fully equipped kitchens including full size electric refrigerators with freezer, propane range, built in cupboards and sinks, drip coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, cooking and eating utensils.

  • Comfortable, Queen beds.

  • Modern propane furnaces with separate thermostat and ceiling fans.

  • Colour TV, Satellite and BBQ.

  • Outdoor full-size propane barbecues and a picnic table.

  • Fire pit at each cottage for those romantic evenings, or roasting marshmallows with the children.
